General booking terms
These terms govern all bookings made through the website of EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s. whose registered office is at Vaclavske namesti 41, Praha 1. All correspondence should be addressed to EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel, Na Královce 31/4, 101 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic. You accept these booking terms on behalf of all members of your party.
You warrant that you are 18 years old or over and have legal capacity to use EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s. website. You accept financial responsibilty for all transaction made under your name or account and declare that all given details by you are true and correct.
Any booking made or order placed by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the relevant accommodation and/or travel arrangements subject to these booking conditions. EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s. will not have any contract with you for the supply of any product at the price offered until your booking is confirmed and EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s. has received full payment.
Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Payment should be made through EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s. website by credit card VISA, Mastercard or Maestro. In order to keep your credit/debit card details secure, we are using the 3D secure system. This system guarantees that your credit card details are not available to us or any other user of the internet apart from the secure server which does the authorisation on our behalf.
The reservation is made by simply filling out the relevant form on EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s.website. Before you are transfered to the 3D secure server for authorisation of your payment, your reservation is stored in our reservation system and you receive a confirmation e-mail about your reservation. In the meantime your credit card details are verified on the secure site of the authorisation centre. If the transaction is authorised, you will receive second email confirming your payment and giving you option to print out your accommodation voucher and invoice. Should you not receive the confirmation of your payment please contact our reservation department on email@example.com or call +420 271090864 or fax +420 271750274. Please always state your reservation number when you communicate with our reservation deparment.
All prices are stated either in EUR, USD or CZK. The payment will be always executed in CZK. Exchange rate is determined daily by EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s.. This exchange rate is in-line with Komerční banka published daily rate. Information about exchange rate and amount in Czech crowns which hasl been debited from your card is given on your invoice.
Changes to reservation
All changes of reservations (name change, dates, hotel, room type, etc.) is necessary to make through EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel a.s. by sending an email with requested amendement to firstname.lastname@example.org . All changes which will be possible to carry out, will be confimed back to you. Should the change is not possible to make or not confirmed back to you by us, the original reservation is valid. For each change wie will charge a fee of 600 CZK (approx. EUR 22)per change.
From the date you make the reservation until 48 hrs prior to the arrival date ( that means by 17,00 hrs Prague local time 2 days before the arrival): 600 CZK (approx. EUR 22) per reservation
24 – 48 hrs prior to arrival date: first night charge
arrival day or no show ……….. 100% of the total price
(for example : your reservation is for 15.-18.11. Cancellation fee of EUR 20 is applicable to the cancellation recived before 17,00 hrs on 12.11., cancellation received on 13.11., or 14.11. are subject to the first night cancellation fee, cancellation received on 15.11. is subject to 100% cancellation fee)
Cancellation must be made in writing and sent to email@example.com or fax +420 271750274. Please always state your reservation number. Your cancellation will be confirmed by our email or fax where the cancellation charges will be stated. When the cancellation is actioned the money you have paid us, reduced by applicable cancellation fee, will be credited to your credit card.
Refunds and complaints
If you have a complaint you must tell the accommodation reception/management immediately to enable them to take action to rectify the situation. If the matter cannot be resolved locally and you wish to take it up with us on your return, please write to us within 15 days of your return from holiday. Assessment and settlement of claims will be carried out in accordance with the rates and procedures given by the Czech law.
