EA Chateau hotel Hrubá Skála invite to pig-slaughtering

On 25 January will take place the czech traditional pig-slaughtering on the 1st courtyard of the EA Chateau hotel Hrubá Skála.

Chief Josef Šorejs and his team invites you to black pudding, white pudding, pork jowl a other delecacies, which will be made there. You can see butcher with historic equipment also. Other delicacies like donuts with poppy and Svijany beer will be available too. The action will start on 7 AM.
