Travel &Tourism Fair OTDYCH Moscow
EuroAgentur Hotels & Travel, a.s. team is celebrating another success. The second largest international tourism fair OTDYCH Moscow in October 2010 and St. Petersburg INWETEX fair, showed tremendous interest at everything the Central Region of the Czech Republic had to offer under the auspices of CzechTourism. Visitors were interested in not only tourism tips but the central Bohemian goodies. Wonderfully fragrant soup Madloch, spicy beer rings, duck breast, chicken legs, pancakes with warm fruit or a grandma grid pie. Czech specials were so successful that visitors requested recipes. The most popular dish proved to be our sirloin on cream and pancakes.
Our culinary team was asked to cater the diplomats' party at the Hotel Ambassador in St. Petersburg. Consul for Economy and Trade Vladimir Malek, Consul General of the Slovak Republic Milan Matějovič, but also the Consul General in Saint Petersburg, Karel Charanza, enjoyed our delicate hors d'oeuvres such as chicken galantine, duck pate, ham roll, or stuffed quail eggs.
Central Region of the Czech Republic charmed not only the diplomats, but professionals and the public also. Both exhibitions lasted about four days and introduced more than 450 companies from 39 countries. The Central Region was offering not only the cuisine but also mostly tourist attractions in the Czech Republic. Our stand presented natural treasures, spas, health and medicine. Active recreation is getting on the top of the interest list. Visitors wanted to know everything about nature reserves in the Central Czech Region, and possibilities of hunting, fishing, cycling and golf courses.
