The impressing Sea world permanent exhibition located at the fairground in “Výstaviště v Praze 7”, this disposes upon a flat of 1.000 m2 and a water volume of all tanks together of around 260.000 liters. In those tanks are located about 4.500 varieties of fishes and other sea animals. Around 80.000 visitors, yearly visit us. We presented the hugest water tank in the Czech Republic. We are talking about a tank containing more than 100 thousands of liters of seawater; the glassed front surface is 8 meters long. The inside of our Sea world, decorated with the almost largest hand paintings in Europe painted upon a surface of 2.700 m2. The authors of the paintings, which are presenting scenarios of the life of all around the sea, are members of the United Creative Artists and Performers, Mr. Přemysl Šmíd and Mr. Miloš Zeithammel. From the ceiling hanging is a big model of the largest Atlantic ray manta with a span of 8 meters and a weight of 300 Kilograms. The feeling of being under the sea is created by the installed light and sound effects. 2003 was the exposition of the Sea world, extended with the Coral cave that gave an amazing deep view to the colorful and wonderful undersea world.
