Graphite mines under the surface in the Český Krumlov.
Not only gold and silver used to be mined in the past in the Český Krumlov surroundings, but also graphite. In one of the graphite mines visitors can visit almost 2 km long path in the depth of 70 m under the surface, part of the path is done by a little mine train. The mine is open to children from 6 years up, the tour lasts for 80 minutes and special clothing, shoes and safety aid are included in the ticket price.
