The biggest Railway Museum in the Czech Republic is located in the premises of the historical steam plant of railway Buštěhradská dráha.
You will find here both polished steam locomotives of different periods and numerous personal wagons and trucks as well as various objects regarding the history of railways, for example signalling and safety techniques, tools almost out of use, models of trains and railway workshops used for repairing and renovating old exhibits. Besides, you can also see yard models and a narrow-gauge railway, carrying visitors all around the museum.
