A fab hotel i a fab location.
Very clean spacious bedroom and bathroom.
Breakfast was very nice but better if you got there early, seamed to be more choice if you were down before 9!
The loation was central, that is on a popular street and our room was on the front yet it was very quiet.
Could not have asked for better for the price which was ok even for half term holiday.

Just to let you know we had a very pleasant stay at this well located hotel. Staff were very helpful and efficient, the breakfast is especially good. We asked for and got a quiet room which is amazing considering our room overlooked St. wensceslas Square!
Kind regards, John Mitchell

I have travelled quite a bit and stayed in some very nice hotels but never have I encountered such an honest and helpful hotel manager as Robert.
He was outstanding and made us feel welcome the moment we arrived.
Thank you Robert.!

Dear Mr. Martinicky,
Thank you so much for finding my son's belongings! I would really appreciate it if you would send them to us. Thank you so very much! My son commented about how accommodating your hotel is to patrons, and I see he is right about that. I will be sure to send in a positive comment to Ramada about your help with this, and if I am ever in Prague, I will stay at your hotel! Thank you again for your assistance!

Good day.
I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to the manager of the Ramada Hotel and to Robert for his excellent customer service.
Aside from Robert's pleasing personality which is evident in our short encounter with him, he has displayed an attitude that to me should be considered one of the many qualifications of someone in the hotel business, especially front line employees, empathy.
Robert has exceeded our expectation and this made our stay in Prague a most wonderful and memorable from beginning to the end.
You see, we are from Canada and we were touring Eastern Europe, Prague being our second stop. We had a very unpleasant experience in Krakow.
We arrived from Poland to Prague in the morning of the 17th of March. I think Robert has almost completed his shift. We were so tired from the long train ride and Robert did the best he could to alleviate our dilemma.
I commend Robert for this exceptional service and will be recommending your hotel to our friends. And to you Robert, thank you very much. I think you are an angel send to us at the time we needed one.
Respectfully yours.

Clean, walk to all attractions, clean, good service, clean, breakfast
After arriving in Prague with a reservation at a "bargain" hotel, we took one look at our room and left. We took a taxi to the Ramada where our friends were staying and found them to be most accomodating. The cost was reasonable and well worth it. Originally, our thought had been that we wanted to stay in an old Bohemian hotel if we were going to be in Prague. Bad idea! The Ramada had it all and was right in the center of all the activities. We walked to everything. We could stay out well past midnight and be close to base. All in all, a surprisingly pleasant experience in a great city!

My partner and I stayed at the Ramada Hotel in Prague. Its central location was fantastic, literally a short walk off the main square. Prague was a lot smaller than I thought and we were able to walk to all the main sights from our hotel. But even with its central location we found it to be very quiet at night. Our only disturbance was some loud guests in the hallway one morning, but obviously that is not the hotels fault!! Our room was a good size and very clean. The breakfast was nice. I would definatly recommend staying at this lovely hotel.

"very central, perfect tourist starting point"
Just returned from a two night stay in this hotel. We were very pleased with the service & accommodation. I booked it on www.lastminute.ie & we decided to treat ourselves to the executive room for a little extra (booking online was much cheaper than booking direct with the hotel)... more

Can't praise this hotel enough. This is my 4th trip to Prague. I have stayed at the Savoy, The Hilton, The Mercure and in a private apartment and I must say that this was by far my favorite hotel in Prague. We wad an executive the room which was really a one bedroom suite. For 3 people this was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the buffet breakfast was plentiful with everything you could want to start your day. What really surprised me was how wonderful and efficient the staff was. Everyone was great and believe me, having traveled throughout eastern Europe, this was one plus I did not quite expect. Needless to say I give this hotel the highest of ratings... more

I recently took my girlfriend away for a weekend break in Prague and after lots of searching i settled for the Ramada Symphony hotel.
The hotel was located in the tourist hot-spot of Wenceslas Square, right in the heart of Prague city centre and only 10minutes walk from the Old Town square. The surrounding square is busy day and night with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from, as well as a market (currently an Easter themed market). I had read somewhere that Wenceslas square is also the location for Pragues red-light district but there wasnt a red light in sight while we were there! (which is a good thing!)
The hotel itself is pleasant and to a good standard, the room was large enough to feel comfortable and was to a 4* standard. The room was reasonably priced but i think it could have been a bit cheaper. While it isnt much to look at from the outside, the location more than makes up for it.
The buffet breakfast was the biggest suprise; from previous experience buffet breakfasts normally involve plain bread with some hams and cheeses, but the Ramada laid on breads, meats, cheeses, fruits, sausages, bacon, scrambled egg, yoghurts, juices, etc etc! LOVED IT! We gorged on the breakfasts and then could happily skip lunch and thus not feel so bad eating out at the expensive tourist restaurants at night.....one word of warning, always check your bill before you pay at restaurants because the waiters causally add on extra costs to your meal hoping you wont notice! On two occaisions this happened to us, but the waiters were happy to apologise and ammend the bill, making up some excuse about the till playing up?! Yeah right! All part of the fun i guess!
All in all Prague is a beautiful city with plenty to keep you occupied during a 3/4 day weekend break, and the hotel Ramada is a perfect place to stay to do this.
