Mystical Prague
In the next part of our serial stories about myself I’d like to focus your attention on mystic, which I’m famous for. Where else you could find such a great amount of authentic Czech ghosts as in Prague. Be sure you would not find it elsewhere in the Czech Republic. Only in my heart you could find so many ghosts, spirits and supernatural beings. I assume this is due to my long history and many historical objects, connected with a kind of strange stories. I was always a magnet for eccentric and unusual people, I also attracted many artists. You probably ask why? If I don’t convince you with the legend of the Golem, the Freemasons or Nostradamus, then there is nothing better left than to come, fly or sail to me and experience my mystery yourself.
It seems to me that the interest in unusual types of tourism is increasing, I think you people call it mystical and dark tourism. From personal experience I can say that my visitors enrich the classical tourist routes with scary stories full of spirits and killings. In my premises you can also find places of tragedy or some unexplainable event in case you are interested in such places.
For those of you who are lovers of mystery and mysticism, I have some good tips. I have such a big number of mysterious places that I can hardly name them all, so I mention only the most famous of them: Slavín, Bíla hora, Petřín underground, catacombs of the chirch of Panna Maria Vítězna, underground of the Strahov monastery, tunnels of historical water piping of the Castle, underground of the Prague Castle and the Castle itself, Old Town City Hall, House of Faust, Jewish quarter or the Charles bridge.
In the moment when night arrives to me, I can whisper you into ears my scary legends and ghost stories from the past. Let’s cover up in the darkness together and I’ll take you into my mysterious history. It is said- who is afraid shall not go to the forest, but I would like to add- you can go to Prague. I’m looking forward to being a little afraid together with you.
