You can buy the gift vouchers in all receptions of our hotels EuroAgentur Hotels&Travel, where we will issue a receipt (confirmation) for you. We will immediately send you by a security post your ordered and purchased voucher with protective hologram.
You can also order your gift voucher by mail or form.
The gift voucher is valid 1 year from the date of issue / purchase. The amount not used from the voucher after a purchase is not refundable.
