We have just returned from a Christmas break in Prague and stayed at the Hotel Downtown. The hotel was in an excellent position, minutes from Wenceslas Square.
The rooms were clean. The hotel is in a good location, is clean and tidy and the staff were very polite and helpful

Excellent location close to shops and restaurants. Helpful staff, clean room and acceptable breakfast buffet. Priced at approximately 1,600 Czech crowns per night for a double room, we would definitely consider this hotel for our next visit to beautiful Prague.

To the Downtown Hotel ManagementIt´s been my first time in your hotel. As a traveler I can tell you that it is my my pleasure to indicate that you have a fine efficient and nice employee.
I can mention those whom I encall the names (Natalya, Lucie, Lenka) and others. This is what the personnel is supposed to be, patient, understandable and helpfull.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was good, close to the centre but not to close, so parking was no problem.
