We wanted to let you know about the wonderful service & help we received from two of your employees on our stay in your hotel on March 21st, They were both extremely polite & courteous to 3 ladies from the USA that spoke no language but English. We were completely lost & feeling a bit unnerved. They came to our aid & made us feel very much at home. Sergey & Zdenek both had difficulty at first understanding us but were patient & worked with us. It made our stay very enjoyable Respectfully,

There was a great thing about our staying in this hotel - which is Irena, the receptionist. She was very very very very helpful, at any time we asked about anything she had always the right asnwer, always showing us the best places and where to go to handle a good time. And the best thing is that she was always doing is with a big SMILE. The hotel is lucky to have someone like Irena.

I arrived here on the 10th and I had a great stay at the Hotel Downtown. I really enjoyed my stay and was impressed by the central location and price, service of the hotel staff. I would definitely come back and stay again.

I just wanted to let you know that from 24.4 to 27.4 I stayed at the EA Hotel Downtown in Prague with a friend of mine (Marcelino Garcia). I absolutely loved it, beautiful city, beautiful country beautiful people. I really enjoyed the hotel, the staff (Zdenek, Petra and Irina) was nice, kind and helpful .... they helped me to buy tickets for tours in Prague.

We have just returned from a Christmas break in Prague and stayed at the Hotel Downtown. The hotel was in an excellent position, minutes from Wenceslas Square.
The rooms were clean. The hotel is in a good location, is clean and tidy and the staff were very polite and helpful

Excellent location close to shops and restaurants. Helpful staff, clean room and acceptable breakfast buffet. Priced at approximately 1,600 Czech crowns per night for a double room, we would definitely consider this hotel for our next visit to beautiful Prague.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was good, close to the centre but not to close, so parking was no problem.
