The lake area is situated in a picturesque corner of South Bohemia, in the popular resort area of ​​Lake Lipno. The resort itself is designed to operate all year round and suitable for staying with children. The beautiful view of the Lipno dam and maintained beaches with gradual entry into the water attract guests to water fun, relaxation or simply rest from everyday worries.

The hotel has 12 fully furnished two-bedroom villas with a capacity of 5 to 6 beds, living room with TV, telephone, kitchenette and refrigerator, bathroom and dining and relaxing terrace overlooking the lake.

In spring, summer and autumn we offer to rent sports fishing punts and mountain bikes, two tennis courts and a playground for volleyball and basketball with an artificial grass surface LANO WIMBLEDON with non-stop service at very competitive prices. There is also possibility to play the table tennis. For relaxation there is a sauna, massages and a small fitness center. There is also a new outdoor playground.
In winter, we can offer you skiing on two nearby sky resorts – the Lipno and the Austrian Hochficht.
