We stayed in the hotel after changing from the Hotel Ariston (see my review).
What can I say, an excellent hotel! The staff were excellent and the room was perfect.
It is located in Wenceslas Square right in the heart of Prague. This area is the more commercial part of Prague and beer etc does cost slightly more than parts further afield. However the loaction for us was great. It took 15mins to get to the old town square and where we spent most nights dining and drinking.
The room was excellent, very clean and all the amenities to make our stay pleasant. The bathroom looked very new and clean. The room was spacious and quiet considering it was overlooking the square. I have added pics of the room. It was the cheapest of the hotels we enquired about but the standard to not reflect the cheap price.
In all a great place to stay for a young couple visiting the area.

We were very fortunate to encounter two staff members who provided outstanding service while we were staying at the Hotel Rokoko in Prague from July 30 to August 2. You are fortunate to have them on your staff.
When we arrived on the morning of July 30, Sumarta was the doorman/porter on duty. He not only took care of our bags but also told us the weather forecast, got us a map and showed us where
things were, and gave us excellent directions to where we wanted to go.
We were fortunate that Lukas was at the front desk during much of our stay. He made numerous telephone calls to get us theatre tickets, provided clear directions to many sites, and answered
questions about Prague and the Czech Republic that went far beyond the usual travelers' queries. Lukas has an excellent command of English and is an outstanding spokesman for the hotel, the city, and
the country.
Both of these employees went far beyond normal expectations in being helpful.
Sincerely,

Booked via lastminute.com and booked flights separately, overall a good price for a 5 night stay. The hotel is in a great location, and opposite a nice cafe inside an old tram that serves gorgeous mulled wine! The square is quite busy, it was mostly locals doing their Christmas shopping! The old town square is really nice also, and there were lovely Christmas markets in both. Hotel is in easy access of all the sights of Prague, and if you don't fancy walking there are trams, with a tram stop very close to the hotel. We mostly walked, but took a tram up to the castle.
The rooms are nicely decorated and very large.
Breakfast in the hotel was nice, what you'd usually expect for a European hotel. The minibar in the room is actually not too over priced.
Prague itself is gorgeous and the people are very friendly. As we went in December it was absolutely freezing! Even more reason to go sit in a cafe drinking mulled wine!
Overall, our stay was great, the hotel being lovely and Prague itself being a nice, relaxed city to wander around. Prague will always be special for us as we got engaged there! Sat on a bench over looking the river and Charles bridge, perfect.

We stayed in this hotel December 15 - December 19, 2007 and it was perfect for what we wanted out of a hotel. It was located in Wencelas square and we were able to walk everywhere. Also, it was in the heart of a very touristy/shopping area. Located near an H&M and a Sephora.
Our room was decent and the people at the front desk were very helpful. The airlines had lost our luggage and as soon as it arrived at our hotel the front desk brought it up to our room. Also, they were very good at helping direct us to places that we wanted to go.
This hotel is located right on a subway stop so it is convenient if you want to take the subway. The breakfast that I had read bad reviews about was actually fine with me and comprised of coffee, tea, juice, meats, cheeses, and cereals. It was also extremely affordable for the PERFECT location. I would definitely come back here!!!
We booked our visit through the internet and I was somewhat skeptical because I had previously read some lackluster reviews. My entire hotel experience was fab.
Checking in was simple and fast. I found our room spotless with a comfortable bed and great view of the square from the window. We were on the 6th (top) floor and it was nice to sleep with the window open all night. I thought it would be noisy, but being up high diluted any noise from the busy street below.
Breakfast was wonderful. There was a large spread of food that I felt catered to almost any pallet. We ate breakfast both mornings and there was enough variety to keep me happy.
The hotel is within walking distance of all the local attractions. The castle is a very long walk but the views along the way make it well worth it.
Excellent maid who kept the room spotless. The communal areas were also extremely clean
The location is great. The hotel is withing 5-15 min walk to many tourist attractions. The bathroom is unbelievably clean
Very clean and modern interior. Very convenient for the city. Excellent soundproofing - very quiet despite being right on Wenceslas Square. Wew would use again
