My partner and i stayed at this hotel in November for 6 nights. The hotel is around 15-20 mins from the airport, for which the staff at Jeleni arranged for us both ways, this cost 650 CZK. The hotel is perfectly situated by tram line so getting around prague was never a problem, it was quick, efficient and cheap. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff were freindly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spacy with a nice bathroom....the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a nice touch, especially as it was freezing cold outside! The beatiful castle was only a short walk away, otherwise you would have to hop on the tram to go into prague center. The only dissappointing thing about the stay was the breakfast, there was only 2 hot items which were always frankfurter and pasta(not my idea of a breakfast), there was a selection of bread, cold meats and a few cake like things along with muesli. However that aside, an enjoyable time was had in Prague and Jeleni!

My wife and I went to prague with our two sons aged 25 and 27 and our youngest sons fiance for a three night break to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.. As this was our second ever holiday outside the U.K. we only have British holidays and a Xmas trip to Cologne to compare it with.
The Hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff could not do more to help and to make your stay more enjoyable, the breakfast was excellent.
Situated on the edge of the old town with a small parkland behind it makes it reasonably quiet, but still very easy to get to and from the city centre on the cheap and efficient tram service, the hotel is also within easy walking distance to the Strahov monastery and Prague Castle.
We all intend to return to Prague as the people in Prague made our stay so enjoyable and we did not need our phrase book as nearly everyone that we met spoke English also most of the menu's are in English. I should write a poor review to ensure that rooms will be available as I want to book into this hotel again . The hotel has a fixed price taxi service to connect with the airport that I would recommend. I would suggest coming here to anyone wanting a family holiday.

Everything was fine. The staff (maybe owner?) was so kindly and she had willing accepted against our some request. The location, it is located a little outskirts of city center but there is Tram station in front of this Hotel. And we were very pleased that our bath room has floor heating system. Anyway we could spend so nice time in Prague through this comfortable Hotel
