This is a copy of the questionnaire that was given to us at reception.

1 Service on arrival and check in? - This was excellent as Rudolph is very welcoming and helpful

3 Our employees? - Rudolph was fantastic a credit to the hotel though there were two girls on reception who in my opinion are in the totally wrong job ie unhelpful uninterested
4 Technical equipment and services? - excellent

Just now guide from Savana grp was here, they are accommodated in hotel Dalimil 6-9.3.08! She said that staff in the hotel is extremely polite and professional, very willing to help with everything, rooms are nice and clean! So it means that your hotels are on really high standard and quality with services!! And work of the people there is very appreciated! Congratulation!
