Newly reconstructed hotel Churáňov*** Superior is located in the national park Šumava, 1000 m above sea level, right in the centre of downhill skiing and cross-country skiing.

There are several slopes of various difficulty levels, covered with natural or synthetic snow. Thanks to the light system night skiing is also possible. Skiing area Zadov-Churáňov offers more than 70 km of maintained cross-country skiing tracks. This area is also famous for various competitions, such as races of snow dogs, ski marathon, snowboard cup etc.

During summer season the vicinity of the hotel is due to a number of signed cycling trails suitable for active family holidays as well as for more demanded sporting clients.
