In summer the hotel turns into a paradise of hiking, biking and mushroom pickers, in winter you will find yourself in the centre of downhill and cross-country skiing. There are 7 ski slopes of varying difficulty, with artificial snow and night skiing is located in the vicinity of the hotel.

The hotel has 3 floors with lift, spacious stairways, security and fire protection system. Accommodation is in the comfortable guest rooms that are furnished in a modern comfortable style. Every room has its own bathroom, SAT-TV, free WI-FI and direct dial telephone.

Internet connection is possible in public areas and hotel rooms.

The Churanov Hotel with its fabulous atmosphere is located in the heart of the famous ski resort Zadov-Churanov that will satisfy all lovers of winter sports. The ski slope at the hotel is particularly suitable for the smallest skiers who can be taken care of by instructors from the local ski school. The ski slope continues the more difficult and also the longest piste in the ski area, on which you will be taken by the chairlift. There are also available two other lifts on the piste Kobyla. These slopes have been covered with artificial snow every winter season for several years, so there is always plenty of good snow cover. For downhill skiers who are tired after all day skiing, a night skiing is available, and has a very special charm and unique atmosphere.

Also, fans of cross country skiing in the local area will not be deprived! Every year there is ready about 60 km of groomed trails, which take cross country skiers through a picturesque landscape of Šumava with many places where from there is a beautiful view of the local landscape.

If you do not want to carry ski equipment, we will be very happy to lend you all the equipment from the sport shop equipment in the basement of the hotel, where staff will professionally help you to choose the right ski equipment and also will help you with service of your skis.
