OPENING - 2009

Construction of a modern multifunctional building in an original architectural design will be started in the centre of Otrokovice in 2007. A dominant component of the building will be an internal atrium creating a communication core of the building. Its main part will be a hotel, including accommodation and catering services and congress areas with different capacities. The Hotel will be linked up with the adjacent building, which will offer a hall for up to 320 persons, and which will be equipped with the most modern technical and technological facilities. Parking in the easy-to-access building will be directly on the ground floor. The Hotel will become operational in 2009.

The four-stars hotel will be classified as first-class. The esthetically conceived facilities will be fully equipped with hotel and communication technologies, air-conditioning and premises accessible for the general public. Rooms will be furnished with individual temperature control and good sound insulating parameters. There will be available 44 double rooms (double standard), 5 residential suites and 1 barrier-free room.

Catering will be provided in a first-class restaurant, with an adjacent summer terrace. Guests can make use of additional services offered – active regeneration in a fitness centre and relaxation in a wellness centre
