The Beginning of the spa season 2009 in Carlsbad will be celebrated in the term 30.4. - 3.5.2009.
Special ceremonies see the springs blessed so that they do not lose their curative properties. In Carlsbad the event includes a procession in honour of the town’s founder – every year King Charles IV returns to the town with his large entourage. The ceremonial parade is planned for Saturday 2.5. from 14.30, it begins by the building of Lázně I., and continues through the colonnade up to the restaurant Malá Versailles. The traditional fair and great fireworks will be held as part of this event. You can also enjoy theatre and fairy tail performances, concerts, Petr Spálený with his band Apollo, gala concert and much more. The programm of event is to be found on sites of Carlsbad.
